Usage Rights1. Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or share it online as long as proper credit is given (@zwqxcyu), but it cannot be used for any commercial purpose or profit.
2. If you are interested in commercial usage, please contact me beforehand. Commercial rights require +100% of total price.Artist Rights & Restrictions1. I retain full ownership and copyright of the artwork.
2. Uploading my work to AI generators or similar programs is strictly prohibited.
3. I reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
4. I have the right to decline any commission if:
- It’s outside my skill range
- It includes content I do not accept
- The request makes me uncomfortable
- I know i won't be able to finish itPricing1. Listed prices are base rates. The final cost may increase based on added details, complexity, or specific requests.

4. Discounts apply to the final priceTurnaround Time1. Please allow up to two (2) months for completion, as quality takes time.
2. Rush orders with strict deadlines will incur an extra fee.
3. Updates are usually provided at the sketch, flat color, and final review stages. If you haven’t heard from me in a while, feel free to ask for an update!References1. Please provide clear visual references. Non-visual descriptions will qualify as concept art which counts extra to the price. Full references help ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes.
2. You are more than welcome to include your character's story as it helps me to better understand who Im drawing.
3. You can request a specific scene, vibe, etc.Payment Terms1. Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
2. An invoice will be issued by me.
3. For commisions priced 10€ or more, 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin your commission.
4. After the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid before I continue.
5. For commisions under 10€ i require full payment up front.Refund Policy1. If you cancel before the sketch is approved, a partial refund is possible (minimum 25% of the total cost will be retained).
2. When requesting a refund after getting the sketch I will retain the price of the sketch (base price including the extra fees)
3. After sketch approval, refunds are not available unless I initiate the cancellation.
4. In case I am unable to complete the commission, a partial refund will be given based on progress made.Behavior Policy1. Please be respectful. Any form of harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in the commission being canceled.
2. In this case, you will be refunded 50% of the payment, and I will retain the other 50%.Process1. Initial Phase: I will provide progress updates (sketch and flat colors ).
2. Approval: You can request adjustments at these stages but be considerate of my time, i have the right to refuse further changes if the amount exceedes 5 . Adjustment requests later on will cost extra or be declined.
3. Revisions: After the final piece, up to 3 minor revisions are included. Additional changes will incur extra fees
4. Delivery: The final artwork will be sent via email as high-resolution PNG for social media use. No physical items will be shipped.
